About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator, Beauty will play a key role in supporting the Brand/Marketing Manager in achieving the brand's financial targets through the design and development of assigned NPD programs and commercial initiatives. This will involve working closely with internal and external partners to source and develop products in a timely manner, adhering to operational discipline and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Brand/Marketing Managers in planning and managing product launches and range extensions.
  • Liaise with Global Marketing, Global Program Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop NPD programs and packaging projects.
  • Assess the profitability of new product introductions and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing within an international FMCG/SDA environment.
  • Cross-functional knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with French a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
