Job OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and hard-working individuals to join our team as Night Shift Care Assistants. As a Night Shift Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, enabling them to live their lives independently and to the fullest.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting service users with mobility and transfer requirements
- Engaging in activities that promote social interaction and well-being
