About the Role

The Kumon Graduate Program is a highly sought-after opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a challenging and rewarding career path. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

During the first 12 months, you will be based in London, where you will undergo a structured learning and development plan. This will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business, including technology, customer service, and business trends. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to gain a deeper insight into the company's operations.

Following this, you will spend the final 6 months at one of our regional offices in the UK, where you will apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. This will provide you with a unique perspective on the business and enable you to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to our franchisees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work strategically with colleagues and counterparts to deliver business growth and drive results.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, upholding the integrity of The Kumon Method.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain students, improving the overall quality of our services.
  • Analyse instructor and student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our programmes.
  • Ensure continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, 2:2 or above.
  • At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • A passion for the education sector and a desire for a career in management.
