Military Graduate Area Manager - Midlands

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Military Graduate Area Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
  • Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build and support a strong team culture.
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
