About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Operations to join our team at AQA Recruiting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement operational plans
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure AQA Recruiting remains competitive
Requirements
- Master's degree level or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the education sector
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
