Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Overview:

Tribal Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting the overall financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate generation of invoices for customers across multiple regions.
  • Invoice Accuracy: Verify and reconcile billing data, ensuring that all invoices are aligned with contract terms, pricing agreements, and customer requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse billing trends and patterns, identifying areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on billing activities, including outstanding invoices, billing errors, and collections progress.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure that billing systems and databases are maintained and updated, working with IT or finance teams to implement any necessary changes or improvements.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and to address any customer concerns or contract-related issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance billing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a previous billing role.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing systems, and financial reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using billing or ERP systems.
