Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join our team at Frasers Group. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading retail company, reviewing, negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial contracts for all areas of the business.

About the Role

This role will involve:

  • Reviewing and negotiating supplier and business partnership contracts for various aspects of the business
  • Providing guidance on marketing and promotional activities, including CAP code compliance and drafting associated terms and conditions
  • Supporting the e-commerce team on legal aspects of digital marketing and website operations
  • Working on wholesale contracts, concession agreements, and general IP matters, including licensing of own brands and third-party licensing
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and enforcement agencies on customer complaints and regulatory issues
  • Coordinating larger M&A work, conducting due diligence investigations, and drafting SPA/APAs and ancillary documents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience working in commercial contract negotiation
  • Qualifications and expertise in this sector, with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice
  • A collaborative approach to work, taking the team with you

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
