Mattinson Partnership is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our environmental team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the water and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on supporting company clientele based largely in the water and energy sectors.
  • Take a lead on supporting company clientele based largely in the water and energy sectors.
  • Drive meaningful environmental change through the delivery of high-quality environmental services.
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management systems to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on large infrastructural developments.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard EIA practices and application of environmental expertise.
  • Experience line managing teams and carrying out standard environmental surveys/reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
