Job Summary:

Global Highland is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their well-established EHS team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety, in compliance with H&S and Environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance the existing Safety Management System to meet site requirements and comply with relevant legislation.
Offer expert guidance and support in Health and Safety to site personnel.
Develop and coordinate the delivery of the Safety training program.
Collaborate with other sites to share best practices and implement the company's safety vision and Health and Safety policies.
Assist in creating systems that promote personal responsibility for safety.
Develop a Process Safety Management System and foster a strong Process Safety culture on-site.
Lead High-Risk Employee Management and High-Risk Scenario training.
Chair the Safety Steering Committee and direct sub-committees.
Manage changes related to Personal and Process Safety.

Requirements:

Health and Safety qualifications (NEBOSH or equivalent)
Proven experience in a Health and Safety Management role is essential.
