Job Title: Supply Teacher Talent Pool

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced supply teachers to join our team at Equal Education Partners. As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students across various subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students, aligning with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
  • Collaborate with academic staff, lead teachers, and school administrators to create a supportive educational environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior, promote positive engagement, and ensure a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for students.
  • Implement lesson plans provided by permanent teachers, using various teaching resources and materials.
  • Supervise students during class time, breaks, and lunch, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification and have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Be registered with the relevant teaching body (e.g. EWC in Wales).
  • Possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing for us to process a new one.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be able to effectively plan lessons and deliver engaging teaching sessions.
