Job Title: Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welsh speaking primary teacher to join our team at New Directions Education. As a Welsh speaking primary teacher, you will be responsible for teaching various classes within primary schools across different areas in Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach all areas of the school curriculum to students in Welsh
  • Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment
  • Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that cater to all student ability ranges
  • Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation
  • Maintain discipline and meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development
  • Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
  • Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
  • Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly, particularly within smaller schools
