Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our dynamic and supportive team environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the café, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to our menu specifications.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and tidy at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with our café's menu and be able to answer customer questions confidently.
- Maintain accurate daily records of food stock and consumption.
- Handle deliveries and store food safely.
- Practice first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation to ensure fresh food is always available.
- Be aware of and follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Benefits and Salary
We offer a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, flexible working arrangements, an excellent benefits package including retirement savings plan, life assurance, access to an exclusive deals website, and a generous holiday entitlement starting at 28 days (including Bank Holidays).
