We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access learning and receive tailored support and provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with SEN on a one-to-one and small group basis
  • Work closely with the class teacher to engage learners and meet individual needs

Requirements:
