Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at the King's Hall and Winter Garden in Ilkley. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Maximize sales of ices and merchandise, including accurate handling, till use, and basic stock control.
  • Check tickets quickly and accurately for the date, time, venue, show, level, and seat number.
  • Be responsible for public safety and provide information on up-and-coming shows and events.
  • Enhance cleaning of Front of House areas pre, during, and post-performance, adhering to Covid-19 guidelines and maintaining the hygiene of the venue.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and update personal training as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Must be 18 years or over and eligible to work in the UK, with relevant documentation to substantiate this.

We are a well-established and friendly Front of House team, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work regularly throughout the year, including bank holidays, mainly during evenings and weekends.
