We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outpatient Service Manager to join our Transformation Unit at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Outpatient Clinic Delivery team, ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of vital outpatient booking services, and delivering key quality and performance indicators.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop and embed new ways of providing services and work towards using our workforce more effectively.
The role requires a strong understanding of the NHS and the current operational performance agenda, as well as experience in service review, staff management, and financial management.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaborate with others, and prioritize their workload effectively.
The successful candidate will be expected to work across sites, demonstrating flexibility and providing support as and when required.
