At Thera East, we are seeking a talented Senior Support Worker to join our inclusive team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a learning disability, working closely with the Senior Management Team to develop support plans and set goals & objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in social care, preferably in a senior role, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and caring approach is essential, as well as a keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems.

In this role, you will assist the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, set goals & objectives, assist with overall health and safety, and mentor your team of Support Workers. You will also help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, using a person-centred approach.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,500 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This salary is competitive and reflects the importance of the role in supporting vulnerable adults with a learning disability.
