As a Facilities Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting planned preventative maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting fixed wire tests in domestic properties and fixed wire inspections in commercial properties. A City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installation is also required. Familiarity with MoD or construction/property maintenance environments is advantageous.

This role involves working in domestic properties, interacting with occupants regularly, and participating in an on-call rota to manage emergency call-outs during non-core hours. Training courses and upskilling opportunities will be provided to enhance your experience and qualifications.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience. Benefits include up to 6% contributory pension scheme, ~25 days annual leave, and a life assurance policy. Employee discount and reward schemes are also available.
