TTP is seeking an experienced Technical Project Leader to spearhead our technically challenging, multi-phase product development projects. As a key member of our Diagnostics team, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing complex projects, from concept and prototype development to product development and transfer to volume production.
As a Technical Project Leader, you will drive technical collaboration, project team engagement, and client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across a range of fundamental technologies, including immunoassay, molecular, diagnostic microbiology, tissue diagnostics, and more.
We are looking for someone who can independently lead large, multi-disciplinary project teams, working at the interface of biology and engineering. You will bring experience leading complex technical projects in the diagnostics field, strong project management skills, and business development expertise or experience of developing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape high-pressure and always evolving projects
- Act as coach, advisor, interpreter, advocate, and confidant for the client
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Technical specialist in the Diagnostics field
- Excellent academic record with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
