At Genesis HealthCare System, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to complete diagnostic radiology procedures
  • Evaluate exams for diagnostic quality and use professional judgment in the performance of services
  • Follow radiation protection and safety policies
  • Effectively use computer systems to process and distribute department and patient procedure information
  • Participate in clinical training of radiology students and quality assurance/quality control activities

Requirements:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent) in the appropriate specialty (radiography)
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio in Radiology
  • Competence in all diagnostic radiographic procedures performed at this facility
  • Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of computer software related to electronic imaging and clinical information management
