Diagnostic Radiographer

At Genesis HealthCare System, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to complete diagnostic radiology procedures
- Evaluate exams for diagnostic quality and use professional judgment in the performance of services
- Follow radiation protection and safety policies
- Effectively use computer systems to process and distribute department and patient procedure information
- Participate in clinical training of radiology students and quality assurance/quality control activities
Requirements:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent) in the appropriate specialty (radiography)
- Licensed by the State of Ohio in Radiology
- Competence in all diagnostic radiographic procedures performed at this facility
- Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of computer software related to electronic imaging and clinical information management
