About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursery Administrator to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursery staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to nursery staff, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with parents.
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with shift bookings, create batch weeks, and ensure the manager is aware of appointments.
- Communicate with parents to collect outstanding payments and liaise with Head Office.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an office environment. You should be computer literate, have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and excellent customer service skills. The ability to stay calm under pressure and experience with petty cash are also essential.
