About this Construction Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
- Identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project targets are met.
Salary and Benefits
