Technical Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Lead with a strong background in engineering lifecycle management. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering projects within budget and to quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, and other stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver technical solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of market-leading products, providing advanced capability and protection to UK platforms. You will also have the opportunity to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class concept and system designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce effective plans to deliver solutions, identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensure implementation of Lifecycle Management, including Design & Gate Reviews and Processes
- Provide engineering leadership to a multi-disciplinary IPT throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure the engineering team delivers the 'best value' solution compliant with customer requirements

Requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good schedule and budget control
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong leadership competency

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Extensive experience in integrating systems and sub-systems together
- Experience of delivering as part of a prime organisation
