Job Title: MS Dynamics Programme Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Programme Lead to join our team at Proactive Appointments Ltd. as a MS Dynamics Project Manager – CRM & Digital Transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CRM programme of works across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and managing resources, budgets, and timelines.

The role involves tight integration with various teams, including Systems, Networks, Desktop, CIS support/Dev, and Service Desk teams. As part of the broader Digital Transformation Programme, you will guide your programme through the complete life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRM programme of works across the enterprise
  • Evaluate high-level needs against strategic aims
  • Design the programme in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Transition to BAU service

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science or related field, or 3 years experience in project management
  • Prince2, Agile, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certification
  • ITIL v3 foundation
  • Agile Project Management Practitioner
  • Understanding of formal project methodology and full project lifecycle
  • Previous experience delivering a CRM programme, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Proficient in project management software tools (Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Knowledge of translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • ITIL implementation awareness
  • Organisational design principles knowledge

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
