We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing specialist nutrition and dietetic services to patients across our locality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education to individual patients.
  • Work closely with consultants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition and dietetic plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Provide advice, signposting, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, patients, carers, relatives, or other non-professional contacts.
  • Be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, providing education, training, and dissemination of information to all healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or related qualification and 3 or more years demonstrable relevant experience
  • HCPC Registration
