About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education Group LTD. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or English as an Additional Language (EAL) in a highly successful all-inclusive school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with varying abilities, either in-class, 1:1 tuition, or to small groups.
  • Encourage and support individual pupils to reach their full potential.
  • Help to organise teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.
  • Support the development of students' skills and knowledge in a creative and determined manner.
Requirements
  • A Level English, Maths, or Science at C or above.
  • 12 months experience of working as an SEN teaching assistant, Academic Mentor working with Disability, Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, MLD.
  • A keen interest in the education sector.
  • A graduate (desirable).
  • Ability to engage with and inspire young learners.
  • Experience of working with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
