Lead SEND Teaching Assistant Opportunity

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be supporting a leading school in St Johns Wood in their search for a Lead SEND Teaching Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant educational community on a one-year contract. The role is focused on Key Stage 1 students and offers a competitive daily rate of £95-£115.

About the Role

As a Lead SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the class teacher in delivering the curriculum to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You will develop and implement individualised learning plans for children with SEND, engage children with creative and holistic learning activities, and work with small groups or one-on-one to provide tailored support.

Additionally, you will help create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, providing excellent opportunities for professional development and leadership experience.
