About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Experimentation Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the digital channel through experimentation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Experimentation Lead to extend a culture of testing to Digital Marketing.
- Identify opportunities for improvement that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on best practices throughout the experimentation process.
- Contribute to enhancing the experimentation platform by suggesting testing concepts.
- Act as an evangelist for experimentation within the digital marketing space.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience within a Marketing / Experimentation role.
- Demonstrable experience in understanding the key principles of experimentation within Digital Marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of key elements that impact on-site KPIs.
- Experience in planning, executing, and delivering experiments.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of analytics packages.
