We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team and drive business growth across the UK. As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing new and existing accounts to drive business growth. You will work closely with the CEO to refine and enhance the company's sales strategy and serve as the face of a fast-growing and innovative food manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a motivated sales team, focusing on performance metrics and sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and established contacts within the FMCG sector.
The salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 OTE (£78k-£88k) + Training + Progression + Car + Benefits.
