CNC Vertical Borer Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Vertical Borer Programmer to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a CNC Vertical Borer Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating a range of CNC Vertical turn/mill centres, including the Massa MV 200.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming and operating CNC Vertical turn/mill centres
  • Setting and editing programs
  • Using CAD/CAM software to assist programming
  • Working to drawings provided to ensure high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Experience in programming Fanuc
  • Knowledge of programming codes and insert selection
  • Ability to work on large components
  • Previous hard turning experience
  • Ability to use CAD/CAM software
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in programming and centre lathe turning
