About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a Maths, English, or Science Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners in achieving their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to cater to individual learner needs.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with guardians/teachers to ensure learners' academic success.
  • Utilize our virtual learning platform to maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Must live and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must be willing to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process.
  • A commitment to safeguarding.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
