Key Responsibilities- Support service users with personal and intimate care, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

- Assist with daily living tasks, including aiding with mobility, personal care, and household chores.
- Liaise with health professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring the needs of our service users are met.
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our service users.
