Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our Infrastructure team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects or packages of work on larger projects from concept through to construction. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed targets, including programme, budget, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project delivery process, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Chartered Engineer/Architect qualification and experience working on design commissions for large infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Scope Definition papers, Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, Change Control Logs, and Client & Stakeholder Management plans.
  • Experience managing small and medium-sized design projects to time, cost, and quality objectives.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
