About the Role

XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Instructor to join our team in Hatfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

The role will involve assessing new drivers, providing guidance on fuel efficiency and safety techniques, and assisting in the creation and implementation of safe driving programs. Additionally, you will deliver continuous training to existing drivers on new policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive annual salary up to £40,000, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, and ongoing training and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need a clean UK driving license with category C+E entitlement, valid driver CPC, and digital tachograph card. Previous experience as a driver trainer/assessor is desirable, but not essential.
