We are seeking an experienced Culinary Director to join our team at 14Forty in Cardiff. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menu strategies, leading a high-performing team of chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement menu strategies that meet customer demands and preferences, working closely with the management team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation, maintaining high standards of creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Culinary Director or similar role, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams of chefs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining high standards in the kitchen area.
