Job Role: Catering Assistant

The Catering Assistant will be part of our team at Frasers Head office, catering for over meals per day. The successful candidate will deliver a high level of customer service, work efficiently, and maintain high levels of cleanliness. The role involves serving customers, replenishing stock, and ensuring the front of house areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working front of house, serving customers, and handling cash and card payments
  • Serving customers and replenishing stock
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and ensuring the service areas and catering equipment are clean and ready to use
  • Stock management, including securing stock and monitoring levels
  • Working safely and following food-related legal requirements and manual handling procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer care and cash handling
  • Good organisation skills and ability to manage deliveries
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of food hygiene and safety

Working Hours:

The Catering Assistant will work a combination of midweek and weekend shifts, with rotas completed 4 weeks in advance. The earliest start time is 7:00am, and the latest finish is 20:30pm.
