About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our staff restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our staff and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Work efficiently to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and kitchen areas
  • Replenish stock and supplies as needed, ensuring that all shelves and refrigerated cabinets are fully stocked
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash and card transactions
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
