As a Development Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting our Regional Fundraising team to deliver exceptional experiences for both colleagues and supporters.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting data management, reporting, analysis and insight to drive fundraising growth.
  • Ensuring adherence to fundraising compliance and ethics, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes and tools, leveraging technology to enhance customer-centricity.


What We're Looking For:

You'll bring significant experience in using data and insight to inform decision-making, alongside excellent project planning and problem-solving skills.


A passion for fundraising, combined with a talent for making complex things easy for others, is essential.


We're looking for someone who can deliver outstanding results, driving income growth while ensuring exceptional supporter experiences.
