Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team, working with offenders in various locations across the North. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role:
As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to prisoners. Your primary focus will be on assessing and treating patients with a range of foot problems, from minor issues to complex conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective patient outcomes.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, identifying potential issues and recommending treatment plans
* Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on maintaining good foot health and preventing complications
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Requirements:
* Registered podiatrist with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
* Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a prison setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
