We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Café team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the catering department, managing and developing a passionate team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the operation of the café, including managing stock control, staffing rotas, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing catering environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supervisory experience, including team management, rota management, and customer complaint handling.
- Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of licensing laws and food hygiene regulations.
- Awareness of cost-effective methods of working and a commitment to sustainability.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Barista experience is desirable.
