Logistics Coordinator Job Description

Culina Group is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the logistics processes, organizing daily tasks, and ensuring effective communication with various partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee subcontracting and scheduling of shipments from various distribution centers
  • Organize daily tasks for both on-site and off-site transportation vehicles
  • Communicate with clients, transport providers, and administrative teams
  • Maintain records and databases for performance tracking
  • Support driver training and communication initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Adaptable and flexible work style
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to propose enhancements for operational efficiency
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, BPCS, and Road Runner is a plus
