Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Trainer to join our team at Warburtons Enfield Bakery.

The successful candidate will have excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to educate and coach others in a manufacturing environment.

You will take responsibility for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating training methods and manufacturing procedures to ensure our team is always at its best.

You will also identify and develop training to help achieve multi-skilled teams, supporting our mission of continuous improvement. Communication is key, as you will connect with people at all levels within the organization to share and implement best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have strong time/project management skills, with the ability to deliver tasks efficiently and create effective project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach others in a manufacturing environment.
