Community Care Liaison

We take great pride in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. As a Regional Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
Your duties will involve monitoring care delivery, contributing to care planning, and recording vital signs. You'll also provide support and companionship to our residents.
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in care, ideally with a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
