About the Role

  • You'll work closely with our experienced care team to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the individual needs of each resident.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
  • Support residents with their medication, personal care, and mobility needs.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.

About You

  • Previous experience of caring for older people is essential.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • A caring and compassionate approach is vital in this role, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
