Customer Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering our customer-facing colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and develop talent within the customer service team, identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform service improvements and drive business growth.
