Job Title: Senior NICU Care Coordinator

North Bristol NHS Trust seeks a dedicated and experienced neonatal nurse/midwife to join our team as a Senior NICU Care Coordinator. This exciting role will involve working closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote and support family-centered care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will have significant clinical experience within a neonatal setting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting family-centered care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals, supporting families, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that prioritize family-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote and support family-centered care in the NICU
* Work closely with families to provide emotional support and education on caring for their newborns
* Develop and implement strategies to improve family engagement and satisfaction
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that prioritize family-centered care

**Requirements:**
* Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RGN/RNC/RM)
* Teaching and assessing in clinical practice qualifications, e.g., ENB 998/7/FLAP
* Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
* Approved Neonatal/Paediatric Life Support Course
* Child Protection Training Level 3
* Significant clinical experience within a neonatal setting
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
