TEKsystems Global Services is a leading provider of bespoke IT solutions, serving a range of market-leading global clients. Our Commercial and Financial Operations department is seeking a skilled professional to drive business results through data analysis and process improvements.

This exciting opportunity combines commercial and finance expertise, focusing on data, analytics, and process enhancements. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage our financial, sales, and operations technology to cleanse, review, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business operations, internal systems, and data sources to provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to improve current and future business decisions
  • Gather, monitor, audit, and analyze sales, finance, and operations data to drive business improvements and track KPIs
  • Monitor and audit data quality, implementing automated checks where necessary
  • Analyze trends and variances in data to drive data accuracy
  • Implement and maintain automated data processes to increase productivity
  • Support management reporting on financial budgeting, month-end revenue, and profitability analysis for the EMEA Region
  • Support strategic priorities and transformational projects sponsored by the Senior Leadership team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years post-graduate experience in business finance or a similar field
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Experience and/or knowledge of SQL and Tableau/Power BI (desired)
  • Comprehensible understanding of financial, sales, and operational metrics (desired)
  • Good basic financial acumen and understanding of financial modeling, contract pricing, and differing pricing models
  • High level of self-motivation and drive for self-improvement, including new skills and tools
  • Comfortable assessing risks in an ambiguous environment
  • Flexible and able to execute multiple initiatives concurrently, with the ability to re-prioritize as needed
