As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to the team, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure all aspects of the office are running smoothly, including procurement, facilities management, and reception duties.
- Health and Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary measures to prevent accidents.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and project management
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
