Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Programme Director to lead our technology and coding activities for children aged 8-14.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in IT teaching, Computer Science, or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging technology and coding activities for small groups of children.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Tech Instructors to deliver high-quality activities.
  • Ensure the successful execution of all policies and procedures, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office as necessary.
  • Contribute to the high standard of physical, emotional, and social care offered by the Ultimate Activity Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be able to adapt to different age groups, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. If you are a natural leader with a passion for education technology, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified in IT teaching, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and adapting to different age groups.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Paediatric First Aid (6 hour or 12 hour) qualification or willingness to gain one.
