Job Summary

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical maintenance and installation, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical testing and inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Install and maintain electrical services, including wiring and circuitry.
  • Perform fault finding and repair of electrical circuits.
  • Work closely with the facilities management team to develop and implement planned preventative maintenance regimes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of building services.
Requirements
  • Recognized electrical qualifications, including City and Guilds Inspection and Testing and EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment.
  • IPAF and Asbestos Awareness training.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge of a building's operation and services.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to drive considerable distances using a company vehicle.
