As an Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts and bookkeeping for incorporated and un-incorporated businesses, including partnerships/ LLPs, sole traders and ltd company owner managed businesses. You will also prepare and review the more complicated Vat returns and have ad hoc tax exposure too. Your position will be client-facing with lots of involvement in meetings and building relationships to progress in your accounting career. You will also be exposed to the latest cloud technology, where you will get to support your clients from the office but occasionally on site too.
- Managing a client portfolio of accounts clients
- Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts and draft corporate tax computations
- Reviewing and preparing management accounts
- Overseeing bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Supporting junior members of staff
RequirementsFor this Accounts Supervisor position, you will be:
- AAT, ACA/ ACCA or qualified by experience and at least 3 years experience in an accountancy practice or similar environment.

- £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.

Requirements
You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
